How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website by browsing our selection of plants, seeds, and garden supplies. Add items to your cart and follow the checkout process to complete your purchase. You’ll receive an order confirmation email with details once the order is placed.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay) All transactions are secured to ensure safe online shopping through Shopify payments.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s placed?
No, because we begin immediately processing your order.

Do you offer gift cards?
We do not at this time.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to ship all orders within 7 business days with the exception of bulb pre-orders. (Please see the Shipping Policy page for the bulb shipping schedule.) For live plants, shipping times may vary depending on the season to ensure plants arrive in optimal condition. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

What are the shipping fees?
Shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 for all orders under $50. Orders over $50 ship for free!

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States.

Can I track my shipment?
Yes, once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, which can be used to monitor your package’s progress.

Plant Care & Health

What should I do if my plants arrive damaged?
If your plants arrive damaged, contact our customer service team within 48 hours. Please provide a photo of the damage to help us understand the issue. We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or a refund.

Do you offer a guarantee on your plants?
Yes, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all plants. If your plant fails to thrive within this period, contact us, and we’ll assist with a replacement or refund.

How do I care for my plants when they arrive?
First, open the box! It’s important to open the box as soon as your shipment arrives. Water live plants immediately. Store bulbs in a cool, dark place until you’re ready to plant them.

Products & Availability

What types of plants and supplies are offered?
We carry a broad selection of seeds, live plants, gardening tools, soils, fertilizers, and accessories. We regularly update our inventory based on the season and availability to meet gardeners’ needs year-round.

Why can’t I find certain plants year-round?
Some plants are only available seasonally to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. Additionally, some plants and bulbs are shipped at the appropriate time for planting. 

What will grow well in my area?
We list all of the sunlight, water, and hardiness zone needs of plants and bulbs in their product descriptions. Please pay careful attention to this information. If you’re not sure which hardiness zone you live in, check the USDA hardiness zone map for information. 

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns on live plants. If your order arrives damaged, please contact customer service for a refund.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of your inquiry to the original method of payment. You’ll be notified via email once your refund has been issued.

Promotions & Discounts

How do I use a promo code?
We do not currently issue promo codes. We do offer free shipping for orders over $50!

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save your shipping information, and access exclusive offers.

How can I contact customer service?
Our customer service team is available to assist you Monday - Friday 9am-6pm Eastern. If you have a request outside of those hours, please expect a response on the next business day. Please visit our “Contact Us” page for the latest contact details and service hours.
